Mark Cooper is experienced in a broad variety of complex civil litigation. He has represented clients on both sides of the bar in matters involving personal injury and business litigation. Prior to joining Ball & Weed in 2004, Mark served in the U.S. Marine Corps representing Marines in criminal matters. He was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal in recognition for his service.
