Constance Kirk is an experienced trial attorney who has focused her practice on the defense of physicians, dentists, hospitals and nursing homes. She began her career at the law firm of Bailey and Williams in Dallas, Texas, which represented physicians throughout the state of Texas. She participated in the jury trials of over twenty complex medical cases. After moving to San Antonio, she continued to practice in the area of medical defense. After practicing law for twelve years,Constance took a break to raise her three daughters with her husband, Bill. She remained active in the San Antonio community, serving as President of the School Board of St. Pius X School in San Antonio, and as a member of the 2009 Strategic Planning Committee of Alamo Heights Independent School District. She also wrote for San Antonio Magazine as a freelance writer. In March of 2009, Constance returned to the legal field where she works as of counsel at Ball & Weed assisting in the defense of complex medical products and medical negligence cases.
