Mike primarily practices in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis on products liability, toxic torts, construction law and commercial litigation. He represents manufacturers of a variety of products, including automobiles, auto components, including tires, medical devices, electrical equipment and consumer goods. Mike is an active member in PLAC, IADC, Defense Research Institute, Inc., Texas Association of Defense Counsel and the Litigation Counsel of America. He routinely provides a presentation to the Federal Bar Association on the topics of federal court jurisdiction, venue and removal.
