J.K. Leonard is experienced in a broad range of litigation matters involving product liability, tort, business/commercial and insurance matters. He represents manufacturers of recreational products, consumer goods, electrical supply and distribution products, process automation equipment, construction and agricultural equipment, industrial equipment and automotive systems and accessories. His practice also includes commercial litigation including real estate disputes, banking/commercial disputes and the defense of professional liability claims. He is currently Chairman Emeritus of ALFA International, a global legal network comprised of 120 law firms in 37 countries based in Chicago, Illinois. He is an active member of DRI, currently serving as Vice-Chairman of the ACMIE specialized litigation group, a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, a fellow of the San Antonio Bar Foundation and is a member of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC), Trial Attorneys of America, the William Sessions Inn of Court and numerous other professional organizations.
