Norma works with clients in matters related to litigation. Her main areas of practice are Transportation Law and Employment Law. Norma graduated the University of Texas with a BBA in Finance in 1988 and from Texas Tech School of Law with a JD in 1991. In 2001, Norma obtained a Masters in Business from the University of Texas in San Antonio. Norma is a member of the Bexar County Women's Bar Association and the Mexican American Bar Association. She is licensed to practice law in United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas. She has served as an adjunct professor at St. Mary's Law School.
