The Construction Practice Group provides firm clients with a variety of legal services in achieving practical solutions to a myriad of construction-related issues facing them. This includes representation of general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, owners/developers, mechanical contractors and others connected with this industry in construction defect, design, planning, and/or delay claims, as well as contract disputes. The group is experienced in resolving these claims by pre-suit ADR, litigation or arbitration (required by many construction contracts). The group is also experienced in assisting and serving its clients in non-litigation related matters which draw upon the experience of several disciplines within the firm, including its labor and employment, appellate and insurance lawyers.
