B&W Appellate Practice Group Has Summary Judgment Affirmed by San Antonio's Fourth Court of Appeals

The Fourth Court of Appeals affirmed a summary judgment granted in favor of a home inspection company in Mireles v. Tejas Appraisal & Inspection Co., No. 04-06-00582-CV (Tex. App.—San Antonio June 27, 2007). The Court of Appeals upheld a contractual provision limiting liability and affirmed summary judgment on plaintiff's claims for breach of fiduciary duty, common law fraud, statutory fraud, and negligent infliction of emotional distress. Sam Houston was lead appellate counsel and was assisted by Christopher Deeves.
