Tejas Appraisal & Inspection Co., No. 04-06-00582-CV (Tex. App.—San Antonio June 27, 2007). The Court of Appeals upheld a contractual provision limiting liability and affirmed summary judgment on plaintiff's claims for breach of fiduciary duty, common law fraud, statutory fraud, and negligent infliction of emotional distress.
